Diffused lemon resulted in 54 percent fewer errors. When aromas were diffused during test taking, scores increased by as much as 50 percent." (2.54)
PanAway is a blend of helichrysum, wintergreen, clove, and peppermint. This is another oil I see people use for head tension. I remember walking around campus a lot, which included hills and stairs. We also had a couple of physical education credits that were required. Panaway is great for use on stressed muscles and other physical discomforts. We also use Deep Relief roll-on a lot, which has the same oils as PanAway, plus Idaho Balsam Fir, Lemon, Copaiba, Vetiver, and Palo Santo, in a coconut oil base and it is a little less money to replace Panaway once you run out.
Stress Away is a blend of copaiba, lime, cedarwood, vanilla, ocotea, and lavender. This blend is a natural solution created to combat normal stresses that creep into everyday life. Stress Away is the first product to contain the unique stress-relieving combination of lime and vanilla pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. Stress Away also includes copaiba and lavender to reduce mental rigidity and restore equilibrium. Featuring powerful plant constituents, such as the cedrol found in cedarwood and the eugenol that occurs naturally in vanilla, Stress Away can help induce relaxation and reduce occasional nervous tension. The EODR says that "it helps with normal, everyday stress, improves mental response, restores equilibrium, promotes relaxation" (2.128).
Thieves is a blend of cinnamon bark, clove, lemon, rosemary, and eucalyptus oils. So, this is another one that you are going to want to diffuse in your room if you're living on-campus. This is another oil that is good to wear in your diffuser necklace or bracelet so that you can smell it when walking around or sitting in class, etc. There is a whole line of Thieves products that you can check out: Thieves hand purifier, Thieves spray, Thieves hard lozenges, Thieves wipes, and more. If you have to share a shower/toilet with everyone in your dorm, having the Thieves spray and wipes can come in handy! Pick up the book Nature's Mold RX to read more about Thieves.
DiGize is a blend of tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass, anise, and patchouli. I just put a drop of DiGize vitality in my mouth because I don't particularly care for the smell, but you could also add it to a capsule. My husband likes to apply DiGize topically better than taking DiGize vitality internally. If you're eating in the cafeteria or living in a dorm where you can only cook with a microwave, it can be hard to make wise food choices. This is a great oil to have on hand.
